Spa Policies

  • Please respect our schedule by keeping appointments.
  • Full payment is required for appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice and missed appointments.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment; late arrivals will result in shortened services in order to take each guest on time. 
  • A credit card or gift certificate number is required to reserve all first time appointments.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Spa premises limited to persons 13 years or older.
